Description
Join us for a day of environmental stewardship at the annual National Public Lands Day event, proudly sponsored by the Bureau of Land Management, Horsetown-Clear Creek Preserve, and Western Shasta Resource Conservation District. We’re coming together to make a lasting impact on the Lower Clear Creek Greenway, and we need your help!
What to Expect:
Cleanup & Restoration: Volunteers will tackle a range of tasks, from picking up litter and removing graffiti to repairing hiking trails and eradicating invasive weeds.
Safety First: To ensure your safety, please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and long-sleeve shirts. Don’t worry about protective gear; we’ve got you covered with provided gloves and eye protection.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to give back to your community and our planet. Mark your calendar, invite your friends and family, and join us for a day of meaningful work in the great outdoors. Let’s make a positive impact on the Lower Clear Creek Greenway together!
